• After inserting eTutor DVD into my DVD drive nothing happens?
  Open "My Computer", right click on the DVD icon and select "Exlpore". In the DVD Folder, locate the file named "eTutorLauncher.exe". Right click and select "Run as Admin".


• I cannot access eTutor DVD from my computer’s DVD drive?
  Please check if your DVD drive works. If your DVD drive is in working condition but you cannot access eTutor DVD then
  download CD Check and run it against eTutor DVD. If you find any errors, please contact our customer support.


• I get an invalid product key error while installing?
  Please make sure to enter the product key (along with the hyphens) as it is on the eTutor DVD cover.


• After installing eTutor and clicking on the eTutor icon, I get the error message: "Please save the error report and email to gateforum support."?
  
  • Please make sure that you are logged in with Administrator access.
  • Right click on eTutor desktop icon and select Properties.
  • On the Properties window, click on Compatibility tab. Select the Checkbox “Run as Admin”. Click on Apply and Ok.


• I have successfully installed eTutor but I get the following error message while trying to Activate "Attempted to perform unauthorized operation"

  If you are installing on Windows 7 (64 bit), navigate to C:\Programs\Gateforum eTutor\Flash and run the Flash 64 bit installer file.For Windows 7 ( 32 bit) run the flash 32 installer.

• I have installed eTutor successfully but the player opens up with the following message "unhandled exception has occured in your application"
  If you are installing on Windows 7 (64 bit), navigate to "C:\Programs\Gateforum eTutor\Flash" and run the Flash 64 bit installer file. For Windows 7 ( 32 bit) run the flash 32 installer file. If the above does not work, please do the following steps based on your Operating system
  
  Windows 7 or Vista
  
  To manually register the Flash10n.ocx file on a Windows 7 or Vista:
  
  
  1. Click Start.
  2. In the Search box, enter cmd to open up dos-command window, at the command prompt type in the following into the command prompt regsvr32 "C:\Programs\Gateforum eTutor\Flash10n.ocx" , and then press ENTER on your keyboard.
     
     Note: You may see a message telling you that the file has been registered after you press enter.
     
     
  3. If you get a message saying the dll not found, replace Flash10n.ocx with the name of the .ocx file in the path (C:\Programs\Gateforum eTutor\) of your computer.
  4. Open up eTutor and check if you can view the videos.
  
  Windows XP
  
  To manually register the Flash10n.ocx file on a Windows XP:
  
  
  1. Click Start > Programs > Accessories.
  2. If you are a local Administrator on your computer, double-click the Command Prompt utility.
  3. If you are not a local administrator on your computer, right-click on the Command Prompt utility, click Run as administrator, and then type in the Administrator user name and password.
  4. In the command prompt DOS window, copy and paste cd windows\system32 into the command prompt, and then press ENTER on your keyboard.
  5. At the new prompt, copy and paste regsvr32 "C:\Programs\Gateforum eTutor\Flash10n.ocx" and then press ENTER on your keyboard.
  
  Note: You may see a message telling you that the file has been registered after you press enter.

• Can I install eTutor DVD on multiple systems?
  No. A copy of eTutor DVD can be installed and activated on one computer only. If you want to install it on multiple computers then please purchase new eTutor DVD.


• What is the validity of eTutor DVD and how many hours can I play?
  The eTutor DVD is valid till the end of February 2012 and total play hours are 400 hours.
