Most common errors you may get in eTutor:

• WBT Interface Error :
  Remedy - Install Java (Java Runtime Environment)
  How - Search for "Java for Firefox", or "Java for Internet Explorer" in Google
  e.g. for firefox you will get it HERE [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7].



• No Video Playing :
  Remedy : Install Flash Player
  e.g. for firefox you will get it HERE [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7].



• Not able to see anything despite waiting for sevaral minutes :
  If you click, and nothing happens, please install flash and java as instructed above and try again.
  If it still does not work, try a fresh browser such as Firefox to try it out. This may happen if you existing plugins in your existing browser may conflict with flash/ java plugins.



• Login not working:
  Check that you are using the right link. The actual link for online eTutor is http://online.gateforum.com.



• Incorrect Login / Password :
  It happens mostly in case of our server being down. It may also happen due to aberration in your login. Kindly bring it to our notice if it so happens. If you were able to login before and it is displaying "Incorrect Login / Password" now, then probably our server is down. Come back in a few hours.
